QA Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced QA Engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications across multiple technology platforms. The role involves functional and automated testing, API and integration testing, defect management, and release validation.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Conduct API testing and integration testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Monitor and report quality metrics and testing progress.
• Support release validation and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills

• Experience - Strong experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Cypress.
• Experience with Postman for API testing.
• Strong understanding of API and integration testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
• Good understanding of Agile testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
