Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software and systems through systematic testing, defect tracking, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse system specifications to understand requirements and expected functionality.
• Collaborate with Developers to develop effective testing strategies and comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring accurate results.
• Evaluate product code and functionalities to verify compliance with specifications.
• Create detailed logs to document test phases, results, and identified defects.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams with clarity and actionable detail.
• Perform post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and project management.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks; experience in regression testing is a plus.
• Ability to document test procedures and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant domain.
