About this role
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Automate web application test scenarios using Selenium or Playwright.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for functional and regression testing.
- Perform API testing using Postman and REST Assured.
- Validate REST APIs, including request/response parameters, status codes, headers, authentication, and error handling.
- Perform mobile application testing across different devices and screen sizes.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Analyze test failures and troubleshoot issues using application logs, API responses, and browser/network behavior.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA engineers to understand requirements and resolve defects.
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and release validation.
- Maintain automation scripts and improve test coverage.
- Validate application behavior across different browsers and environments.
- Perform end-to-end testing of payment-related workflows and transaction scenarios.
