QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of existing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Execute manual and automated test cases for the mobile application and SDK to support sprint goals.
• Collaborate with developers to identify, report, and track software defects in Jira.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using industry-standard tools like Burp Suite, Bettercap, Nmap, and Metasploit.
• Run regression, smoke, and sanity test suites and analyse results.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning) and contribute to test documentation.
• Assist in integrating automated tests into TestOps under guidance.
• Communicate testing progress and blockers to team members clearly.
• Experience with agentic AI for test automation.
• Learn and adopt new testing tools and methodologies as required by the project.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Java or Python) and mobile automation tools like Appium.
• Basic knowledge of mobile SDK verification and testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Git version control.
