QA Engineer (Sterling OMS)

Key Responsibilities

• Test Sterling OMS modules including Order Management, Inventory, Fulfillment, and Shipping
• Develop and execute test cases for Sterling OMS functionalities and custom workflows
• Validate data flow across integrated systems such as ERP, SAP, and WMS
• Perform hands-on SQL-based data validation within Sterling OMS databases
• Conduct API testing and work with Sterling in-ques and out-ques
• Track defects and issues using tools like JIRA
• Troubleshoot Sterling OMS issues and support configuration validation
• Ensure complete test coverage for Sterling OMS processes and integrations
