The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in manual testing, API validation, and test automation using Selenium or Cypress. Candidates with Healthcare Payer domain experience will be preferred. The role involves working closely with development, business, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and defect-free software solutions in an Agile environment. Your future duties and responsibilities Functional Testing

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of web applications and services.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Validate application functionality against business requirements.
• Log, track, and verify defects using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. API Testing
• Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
• Validate API requests, responses, status codes, authentication, headers, and payloads.
• Execute positive, negative, boundary, and integration testing.
• Validate backend data using SQL queries. Automation Testing
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.
• Design reusable automation frameworks and test suites.
• Execute automated regression and smoke test suites.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze automation execution results and prepare test reports. Test Planning & Documentation
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, strategies, and estimation.
• Maintain test cases, traceability matrices, and execution reports.
• Participate in sprint planning and QA estimation activities. Collaboration
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Quality Assurance
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Support release validation and production verification.
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong Manual Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience in API Testing.
• Experience with Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI.
• Automation Testing experience using Selenium or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Basic SQL knowledge for database validation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ________________________________________ Good-to-Have Skills:
• Healthcare Payer or Healthcare Insurance domain experience.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Java or Python for automation scripting.
• Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Exposure to Performance Testing tools such as JMeter.
• ISTQB Certification.
