Role & responsibilities

The Offshore Delivery Manager (ODM) will provide senior delivery leadership for a large-scale, enterprise engagement, operating within a complex ecosystem, with multiple vendor partners, and captive / internal client teams. Each ODM is responsible for onshore and offshore resources across multiple portfolios and is accountable for delivery excellence, governance, people leadership, automation maturity, and AI-led transformation. This role requires a seasoned, resilient (tough”) delivery leader who can operate effectively in a multi-vendor, matrixed environment, mentor leaders, manage executive stakeholders, and drive outcomes at scale. Experience & Candidate Profile - 15–20 years of overall experience managing large-scale enterprise delivery engagements - Proven success working in multi-vendor delivery models with strong governance and accountability - Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor large distributed teams (100+ resources) - Strong client and stakeholder management experience with senior leadership (L3/L4 level) - Experience driving automation-first delivery models within QE or engineering programs - Good hands-on exposure to Agentic AI / AI-led delivery models, including: a. AI-assisted test design and automation b. Autonomous agents / intelligent utilities c. AI-driven efficiency and quality optimization Strong leadership presence with the ability to take firm decisions under pressure
