About this role
Must Have
- 12+ years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
- 5+ years QA leadership / QA COE / TCoE experience.
- Proven experience establishing QA governance and operating models.
- Strong QA strategy and maturity assessment experience.
- Experience defining QA KPIs, quality gates and dashboards.
- Strong Agile / Scrum / DevOps knowledge.
- Experience with automation and CI/CD.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- Built QA COE / TCoE from scratch.
- AI-assisted testing experience.
- Data Lake / Data Quality testing.
- Performance / Security testing knowledge.
- Power BI / Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end implementation of the QA COE operating model.
- Lead QA landscape assessment, maturity assessment and gap analysis.
- Define COE governance, authority model, RACI, escalation framework and standards.
- Establish QA quality gates, release governance and Go/No-Go framework.
- Lead Xome.com and B2B pilot implementation and track outcomes.
- Define QA strategy, testing standards, coverage and traceability framework.
- Establish QA KPI framework including FT Pass Rate, defect density, coverage and leakage.
- Drive automation, AI-assisted QA, coaching, adoption and COE handover.
Must Have
- 12+ years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
- 5+ years QA leadership / QA COE / TCoE expe
