QA - Automation Testing (Saas Product)

What We're Looking For :

• 3- 4 years of hands-on QA/testing experience in software Saas Products
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the SDLC.
• Experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
• Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to validate data at the database level.
• Experience with test automation using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or similar.
• Good understanding of browser behaviour, HTTP, REST APIs and common web application issues.
• Experience working with Git and modern development workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers and product managers in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do :

• Own QA for key product areas and ensure critical workflows work reliably end to end.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and regression suites for new and existing functionality.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory and API testing.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers during development rather than only testing after implementation.
• Identify edge cases, failure scenarios and integration risks before features reach production.
• Validate APIs, data flows, integrations and backend behaviour in addition to UI testing.
• Build and maintain automated tests for high-value and repetitive test scenarios.
• Establish and maintain a reliable regression suite for critical product journeys.
• Participate in requirement and product discussions and raise questions where requirements are ambiguous or incomplete.
• Help define acceptance criteria and ensure that "done" means the feature works as intended, not simply that the code has been completed.
• Reproduce, document and prioritise defects with enough context for engineers to resolve them quickly.
• Perform production validation and support release verification when required.
• Monitor recurring defects and identify patterns that can be addressed through better testing or engineering practices.
• Help improve the team's overall QA processes as we scale.
