QA Automation Testing Engineer

Urgent Opening for the post of QA Autoamtion Engineer- WFH.

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to build and maintain automated tests for our e-commerce platform, ERP system, and Android/iOS mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop web automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Automate supported mobile workflows using Appium with Java.
• Build reusable automation frameworks using TestNG, Maven, and Page Object Model.
• Identify stable workflows suitable for automation and prioritize coverage.
• Automate smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Validate REST APIs using REST Assured and Postman.
• Validate backend data using PostgreSQL and SQL queries.
• Test registration, quotations, ordering, payments, subscriptions, inventory, and role-based permissions.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain test cases, execution results, and defects in Jira/Xray.
• Report effort estimates, automation coverage, execution results, and maintenance needs.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of hands-on automation experience.
• Strong Java programming and debugging skills.
• Practical Selenium WebDriver experience, including locators, waits, and cross-browser testing.
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• TestNG, Maven, and Page Object Model.
• Appium experience for Android/iOS applications.
• REST Assured, Postman, and API testing.
• PostgreSQL/SQL for data validation.
• Git/GitHub and Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Strong test-design, failure-analysis, and defect-investigation skills.
