Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and AI-assisted QA practices. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, mentor the QA team, and ensure high-quality software delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across projects.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Web and API testing.
• Build and execute automated test scripts using Playwright (MCP Mandatory), Selenium, Cypress, and RestAssured.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter, k6, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive automation best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools to improve test efficiency.

Must-Have Skills

• 7–10 years of QA experience with 4+ years in Automation Testing.
• Mandatory: Playwright (with MCP), Selenium, API Automation (RestAssured).
• Experience with Cypress, JMeter/k6/Gatling/LoadRunner.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools (GitHub Copilot, AI Test Generation).
• Basic understanding of Agentic AI and self-healing automation.
• Experience leading small QA teams.
