Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation strategy and quality assurance initiatives.
• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile testing.
• Evaluate testing tools, frameworks, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with development and customer teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Review test scripts, automation deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA Automation and Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Rest Assured.
• Expertise in UI, API, and backend automation testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud testing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Performance testing (JMeter/LoadRunner)
• Agile/Scrum methodology
• Test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail)

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
