About this role
- Writing, Fixing and Reviewing UI/API Automated Test Scripts for BVT, Acceptance and Regression Test Suites
- Implementing new and enhancing existing Automation Test Framework
- To ensure test scripts are always up to date and monitor their status during every run
- Ensuring proper reporting of Automated Test Execution results and ability to provide detailed reports with failures analysis
- Maintaining Jenkins Test Grid and nightly jobs, ensuring automated product deployments
- 4-6 years of software industry experience and successful track record in UI automation.
- BE/BTech/MCA/Equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
- Experience of web automation tools Playwright/Selenium (Preferred - Playwright)
- Excellent programming skills in languages: TypeScript/JavaScript/Java (preferably Java and TypeScript) and strong OOP concepts
- Experience in using AI for coding and troubleshooting using tools such as Copilot.
- Experience in working with different file formats XML/JSON etc
- Basic knowledge on version control tools like Git
- Good knowledge of Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns
- Working in Agile Methodologies
- Excellent problem solving and logical thinking skills
- Compose clear and concise technical written communication
