We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Python, BDD, and API testing
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, web services, and REST APIs.
- Build and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks using Python.
- Develop and execute BDD-based automation tests using Python Behave / SpecFlow.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Design and execute comprehensive manual and automation test cases.
- Analyze requirements and participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Contribute to Quality Engineering and test automation best practices.
- Work with development and QA teams to improve test coverage, quality, and automation efficiency.
- Explore and leverage AI-based tools and techniques to improve test automation, test-case generation, defect analysis, and overall QA productivity.
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- 4+ years of experience in Selenium automation.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience in QA Automation of Web Applications, Web Services, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Software Testing methodologies.
- Experience in manual testing and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python.
- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks, preferably Python Behave / SpecFlow.
- Good understanding of Automation and Quality Engineering tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI concepts/tools relevant to software testing and test automation.
