Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and will be responsible for leading our QA initiatives, designing testing strategies, and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Responsibilities

Design and implement QA strategies and processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
Lead the QA team in creating test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks.
Conduct performance testing and ensure scalability of applications under test.

Skills and Qualifications

12-20 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
