About this role
- 8 to 18 years experience in Quality Engineering
- Strong in Functional testing, Agile Product Development, usage of test management tool like Jira
- Automation Framework development and implementation in any of the skills Playwright or Cypress. - Must (Let us not consider Selenium profiles)
- Performance and Load testing using any of the K6, Locust or JMeter - Must
- Good hands on experience in deriving quality metrics required for QA,
- Test coverage
- Test effectiveness - quality of test cases that has ability to find defects.
- Defect related metrics (density, leakage etc...)
- CI/CD Process Knowledge, TDD, Contract Testing,
- Agentic AI Testing: AI framework Testing OR using AI tools for the same
- Good Communication and collaboration qualities with product owners, Developers and other team members
