* 4 to 7 years of experience in **Quality Assurance / Quality Auditing** within the US Healthcare industry.

* Strong experience in **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)**, including AR, Accounts Receivable, and Medical Billing.

* Hands-on experience in **Call Auditing, Call Monitoring, and Call Evaluation**.
