Job Summary

We are looking for a Manual Tester with hands-on experience in CRMNEXT / CRMNXT / BUSINESSNEXT / CRM applications, preferably within the Banking or BFSI domain. The candidate should have strong experience in functional testing, test case preparation, defect management, and end-to-end testing of CRM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and system testing.
• Test CRM functionalities such as Customer 360, customer onboarding, leads, opportunities, service requests, workflows, cases, and dashboards.
• Validate business rules, workflow approvals, notifications, and role-based access.
• Perform end-to-end testing of CRM processes and integrations with banking/core systems.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and defect review meetings.
• Perform data validation and ensure application behavior matches business requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders for defect resolution.
• Prepare test execution reports and provide regular testing status updates.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Manual Testing.
• Hands-on experience with CRMNEXT / CRMNXT / BUSINESSNEXT / CRM.
• Good understanding of Banking/BFSI processes.
• Experience in functional and integration testing.
• Good knowledge of STLC, SDLC, defect life cycle, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, ALM, or similar defect management tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/database validation is preferred.
• Good understanding of API testing is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience working on Banking CRM projects.
• Exposure to customer servicing, lead management, sales, cross-sell/up-sell, service requests, and workflow-based applications.
• Experience testing CRM integrations with core banking or third-party systems.
