QA Analyst (Performance / Scalibity+Kubernates)

The AI/ML platform ensures that any enterprise data used by AI systems is clean, safe, compliant, and reliable. The system should manage the complete AI data lifecycle, including ingestion, curation, governance, quality, and delivery to AI systems. The end goal of the system is that all data must pass permission checks, quality validation, and PII sanitization before entering vector databases (for performing semantic searches) or for Large Language Model (LLM) training. NDH also enhances financial accountability, offering cost governance, resource optimization, and clear cloud metering and chargeback visibility. Moreover, it unifies security operations across clouds, automating incident response through intelligent analysis and compliance tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop test plan design and test case development for performance, load, and scale testing of NDH products.
• Define automation plan and test strategy within release timelines.
• End-to-end product quality ownership with all aspects of testing, automation, and delivery of the feature set at scale.
• Improve existing automated tests and overall automated test execution efficiency.
• Maintain a high overall quality index (QI) for the product/features at all times.
• Ability to delve deeper into debugging product issues with development engineers.
• Involve providing active feedback to improve the overall product experience.
• Debugging, filing bugs, and tracking them to closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ to 6 years of experience in QA (system test), automation using Python (Python preferred)
• BS or MS in computer science or an equivalent field.
• In-depth working knowledge of Linux system interactions and distributed systems.
• Deeper understanding of SW platform performance, load, and scaling features.
• Deeper understanding of KS8 platform performance, load, and scaling features.
• Experience with Python API test framework development.
• Working knowledge of virtualization (VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT, build management tools, and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins/CircleCI.
• Testing experience with monitoring/cloud products is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and good verbal and written communication skills.
