We’re looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Leader to drive our global marketing strategy, brand, demand generation, and pipeline across UK, Australia, US & Europe.

Key Responsibilities
• Own marketing strategy, budget & annual plan
• Build a predictable demand-generation & ABM engine
• Drive MQLs, pipeline contribution & marketing-sourced revenue
• Lead digital marketing, content, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn & marketing automation
• Build thought leadership through case studies, whitepapers, webinars & executive content
• Drive partner/co-marketing programs, especially with Microsoft/ISV ecosystems
• Lead international events, conferences & field marketing
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Own martech, analytics and marketing performance dashboards

What we’re looking for
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Strong background in IT Services, Software or Technology
• Experience marketing to international enterprise markets
• Proven track record of generating sales pipeline & revenue through marketing
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing & marketing automation
• Experience managing teams and partner marketing programs
• Microsoft ecosystem experience is a strong plus
