Python Software Developer with Azure Open AI

Role & responsibilities

**Responsibilities**

- Provide support for AI-powered applications and services.

- Troubleshoot issues related to prompts, LLM responses, APIs, integrations, and application workflows.

- Manage and maintain prompt repositories and Markdown (`.md`) based prompt configurations.

- Implement prompt enhancements, configuration changes, and minor code fixes.

- Monitor application health, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for incident resolution and service improvements.

**Required Skills**

- Strong Python development and debugging experience.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices.

- Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application support.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferred Azure).

- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and incident management tools.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks.

- Exposure to DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Azure platform
