Python Microservices Manager (Cloud)

We are looking for a hands-on Python Microservices Manager to lead the design, delivery, and operation of cloud-native, high-availability services. You will manage a team of 10-20 engineers, own architecture and delivery outcomes, and work closely with Product, SRE, QA, and clients. The ideal candidate combines deep Python and distributed-systems expertise with proven people leadership and a strong security mindset

Key Responsibilities

Technical leadership and architecture

• Own the architecture and roadmap for Python microservices (Flask, Django, FastAPI) deployed on Kubernetes, OpenShift, or AWS.
• Lead architecture and design reviews, enforcing standards for scalability, resilience, observability, and security.
• Guide API design (REST, event-driven) and service integrations using Kafka, SQS/SNS, and third-party APIs.
• Drive database design and performance tuning across MySQL, MongoDB, and DB2.
