About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Python Manager with strong expertise in Python, Django, and ReactJS to lead a team of developers and drive the successful delivery of web applications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical expertise, people management skills, and experience in managing end-to-end software development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring high-quality code and timely project delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to build seamless applications using ReactJS.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
• Plan, assign, and monitor project tasks while ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Manage project execution using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management platforms.
• Identify technical risks and provide proactive solutions.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide technical guidance, and support team development.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of ReactJS/Angular (mandatory).
• Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, database design, and software architecture.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based applications is an added advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
