Python Lead Developer Location: India, Hyderabad

Work Experience: 10+ Years

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience of Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience in REST API development and integration.
• Good hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging platforms.
• Redis / MongoDB / NoSQL.
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Automated testing using PyTest.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies is an added advantage.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
• Design and develop Python-based backend services and microservices.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed applications.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and design best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Contribute to CI/CD, cloud deployment, monitoring, and production support.
