Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Python Generative AI Developer with 4–5 years of software development experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, and modern cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, GenAI frameworks, LLM-based applications, scalable backend architectures, and API development. Experience with cloud and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party services.
• Work on model evaluation, fine-tuning, performance optimization, and cost optimization.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Stay updated with emerging Generative AI technologies and LLM models.

Required Skills :

• 4–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or similar models.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Semantic Search, AI Agents, and Tool Calling.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker (Good to Have)
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads in production.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLM observability, AI governance, security, and responsible AI.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI/LLM applications.
