Role-Sr. Python Full Stack developers

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js, React, Java, Python, TypeScript, and AWS to analyze and remediate application performance issues across both backend and frontend layers. This role focuses on performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability for business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks across the Client application landscape.
- Optimize APIs and backend services using Python and Java to improve latency, throughput, and scalability.
- Enhance frontend performance using modern frameworks such as Next.js and React.
- Collaborate with QA, performance engineering, and platform teams to validate fixes under load.
- Conduct root cause analysis using logs, metrics, and distributed traces.
- Implement code-level optimizations, caching strategies, and efficient data access patterns.
- Support performance improvements across CI/CD pipelines and release cycles.
- Ensure all fixes align with non-functional requirements (NFRs) and SLAs.
Required Skills Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python (APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing).
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically Next.js and React.
- Solid understanding of application performance tuning (CPU, memory, I/O, network).
- Experience with DynamoDB and query optimization.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch and New Relic.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as k6, JMeter, Lighthouse, etc.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, CDN, in-memory caching).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Experience working on eCommerce or high-traffic systems.
