Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the architecture, design, and production stability of our high-throughput systems. You will design scalable microservices, manage complex relational data models, implement enterprise security protocols, and drive operational excellence across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & System Design: Produce high-level and detailed technical designs, API contracts, and integration patterns while balancing trade-offs (consistency vs. availability, maintainability vs. complexity).
• Distributed Systems & Concurrency: Design resilient systems handling high concurrency, asynchronous messaging, idempotency, transaction isolation, and auditability.
• Security & Auth: Implement enterprise SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and RBAC/ABAC while adhering to OWASP security standards.
• Data & Performance: Drive relational database modeling, complex SQL optimization, performance tuning, and safe schema migrations.
• Operations & Observability: Own production diagnostics, RCA for incidents, and observability setup (tracing, metrics, structured logging, SLI/SLOs) on Kubernetes and Docker infrastructure.
• AI & Engineering Practices: Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development and set technical standards across teams.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack delivery and system ownership.
• Deep experience in Distributed Systems, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, Relational Data Modeling, and Concurrency Controls.
• Hands-on proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Observability tools.
• Daily fluency with AI-assisted development tools and strong code verification judgment.
• Proven track record of operating production systems and leading live-incident responses in Agile environments.
