Python Full Stack Developer

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 7 to 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, React, cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build innovative cloud-native solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Build and manage robust APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following development standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Contribute to solution architecture and application design decisions.
• Implement event-driven and distributed system architectures where required.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation initiatives.
• Ensure application security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and engineering practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 7 to 12 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Extensive frontend development experience using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Experience building Event-Driven Architectures using technologies such as Kafka.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, deployment models, and application scalability.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern version control practices.
• Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and modern software delivery practices.
• Exposure to AI models, Generative AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technology stacks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
