Python Full-Stack Developer (Frontend/ Backend)

Need 5-8 years of experience in python Development.

1. Role Summary: As a Backend-Heavy Python Fullstack Engineer (Offshore), you will drive the core server-side architecture, data pipelines, and API layer supporting our platform. You will build high-performance microservices, design scalable relational and non-relational database models, integrate enterprise identity providers, and support analytics workloads—while maintaining basic frontend integration capability when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend & API Development: Design, build, and optimize scalable Python microservices, serverless components, and RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Django/Flask.
• Data Layer Management: Architect and maintain data interactions across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis/Valkey caching, and RabbitMQ message queues.
• Identity & Security Integration: Implement robust enterprise identity and access management workflows using OAuth2/OIDC with providers such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
• ETL & Data Ingestion: Develop and maintain reliable data ingestion pipelines to feed analytics platforms and reporting engines.
• Production Operations & Fullstack Support: Assist with containerized deployments, participate in production support, and contribute occasional enhancements to React-based frontends.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Python Mastery: Strong expertise in Python backend development with deep knowledge of asynchronous programming and web frameworks.
• Database & Middleware: Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis/Valkey, and event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ.
• Auth & Security: Hands-on experience integrating SSO/authentication frameworks (Entra ID, Okta, OAuth2, JWT).
• Microservices & Containers: Direct experience building and deploying containerized microservices (Docker) in cloud environments.
• Frontend Knowledge: Practical familiarity with React.js and basic modern web development practices.

2.Python FSD- Frontend developer

Role Summary:As a Frontend-Heavy Python Fullstack Engineer, you will own the user interface, building high-performance customer-facing dashboards, analytics applications, and interactive reporting tools. You will transform complex data feeds into intuitive visual insights across multiple device form factors, working closely with backend engineering to deliver seamless end-to-end features.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Architecture & Development: Develop high-performing, interactive React applications, web portals, and complex KPI dashboards using modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Responsive & Cross-Device Design: Build adaptive layouts optimized for desktop browsers and mobile devices (including iPad/tablet form factors).
• Data Visualization & Analytics UI: Design and render real-time charting interfaces and data visualization dashboards using specialized libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts, or Plotly).
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs, managing client-side state, caching, and error handling effectively.
• Fullstack Integration: Collaborate on backend contract definitions and make minor contributions to Python backend microservices when necessary.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• React & Modern JS/TS: Advanced proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/Tailwind/styled-components.
• Data Visualization: Hands-on experience integrating charting/visualization libraries to display multi-dimensional data sets.
• API Consumption & State Management: Solid experience working with REST APIs, state management tools (Redux, Context API, TanStack Query), and asynchronous data handling.
• Responsive Web Engineering: Deep understanding of responsive design strategies, fluid grids, and touch/tablet interface optimization.
• Backend Familiarity: Foundational familiarity with Python backend services to communicate effectively with data engineers and backend developers.
