Senior Software Engineer Python Role summary Upgrade and integrate thirdparty Python packages resolving packaging compatibility build and automatedtest failures
Responsibilities
- Upgrade Python packages across supported runtime versions
- Resolve dependency API import packaging and test failures
- Update package metadata and internal build configuration
- Reconcile local patches and diagnose CIpresubmit failures
- Validate upgrades and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Strong Python development and debugging
- pipPyPI wheels virtual environments and Python packaging
- pytest or equivalent testing frameworks
- Dependencyresolution and versioncompatibility experience
