Role Description Location: Bangalore. On-site, full-time. Experience: 2+ years

About the role We're looking for a Python developer who has spent real time in the weeds with data. Someone who can build a processing pipeline, train on it, and explain every decision they made along the way. This is hands-on work. You'll own pieces end to end, from raw data through to something an NLP model can actually use. To be direct about one thing: we want strong fundamentals. We've seen plenty of resumes from people who can prompt their way to working code but can't read it back, debug it, or tell you why it works. That's not the hire. We want someone who knows what's happening under the hood.

What you'll work on Building and maintaining data processing and data-building pipelines in Python Preparing and training on datasets that feed our NLP models Writing code that's tested, version-controlled, and ships through CI without drama Working alongside the team in person, owning your tasks, and flagging blockers early instead of going quiet

What we're looking for 2 years or more of hands-on Python in data processing, data building, data training, and NLP. Real projects, not coursework. At least one project where you handled the data training yourself before the model went anywhere. We'll ask you to walk us through it. Solid Git habits, a testing reflex, and comfort with continuous integration A track record of problem-solving you can point to. 300+ problems solved across LeetCode, HackerRank, Codeforces, or wherever you practice. We'll check. Clear communication and the ability to manage your own work without being chased for updates

How we hire Our interview includes live problem-solving with no AI assistants. We're not testing memorization. We want to see how you break a problem down and reason through it in real time. If your fundamentals are strong, this part is straightforward.
