Python Developer

Looking Test Automation Developer with 5+ years of experience in Python and a solid background in designing robust automated test solutions. In this role, you will help to ensure the highest quality for our products by developing advanced automation frameworks and collaborating closely with Product Owners ,QA Leads and development teams. Requirements Primary: ● 5+ years experience in software development and test automation using Python. ● 3+ years of experience in Python test automation frameworks such as Pytest, Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar. ● Strong understanding of software testing methodologies: unit, integration, regression, and system testing. ● Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Secondary: ● Proficiency with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). (2+ Years of experience) ● knowledge of version control systems (Git preferred). Added Advantage ● Knowledge of Robocorp or experience building RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Robocorp. ● Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Key Responsibilities ● Designed and developed scalable and reusable automation bots using Robocorp, Python, Pytest, numpy,Open-cv ,Selenium and Selenium - Applitools eyes following best coding practices and the BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) approach. ● Collaborated closely with QA teams and stakeholders to gather automation requirements during sprint planning sessions, aligned with Agile methodologies and user story definitions. ● Participated actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines. ● Translated user stories into technical tasks, prioritized and estimated during sprint planning, and tracked progress using project management tools (e.g., Azure Boards). ● Built and maintained test automation frameworks to support end-to-end business process automation, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and reliability. ● Implemented comprehensive testing and validation processes for each bot, confirming functional correctness, performance, and error handling before deployment. ● Lead code architecture design and optimization for Robocorp automation pipelines, including the development of regression suites for multi-environment executions. ● Developed and executed parallel test suites for different server environments, integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. ● Managed and configured Robocorp Control Room, including setting up processes, workers, queues, and scheduling for developed robots and regression jobs. ● Used Git for version control and collaboration, managing feature branches, performing code merges, and resolving conflicts to maintain a clean and stable codebase. ● Conducted peer code reviews, provided constructive feedback, and ensured adherence to development standards and security guidelines. ● Provided technical solutions and support to resolve challenges faced by the team in bot development, optimization, and integration. ● Delivered robust automation solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. ● Actively participated in client discussions to gather feedback, demonstrate sprint progress, and incorporate inputs into future iterations
