Python Developer

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing scalable backend applications, building AI-powered solutions, and integrating GenAI services into enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Build and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into business applications.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic Claude.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python Development.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Python 3.x
• FastAPI / Flask / Django
• RESTful APIs and Microservices
• SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Data Structures and Algorithms
• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Experience working with:
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents / Agentic AI Frameworks
• Understanding of NLP concepts and AI application development.
• Experience integrating AI services through APIs.
• Exposure to Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
