Key Deliverables

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications to support core business processes.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless integration and processing of large datasets.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts to streamline manual workflows and improve system reliability.
• Integrate AI models and machine learning libraries into production environments to enhance product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical requirements and translate them into functional code.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and implement unit testing to ensure high software quality and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical bottlenecks to maintain system stability and uptime.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in Python development with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage data-intensive applications and automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and their practical application in software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative environment.
• Clear communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to database management systems, including both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments or complex technical ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development lifecycle practices.
