Python Developer Lead

Job Title: Python Technical Leader Telecom & Network Management

Experience: 7 Years+
Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python 3.x.
• Develop REST APIs using FastAPI, including API validation and versioning.
• Design and implement Kafka-based real-time data ingestion and processing pipelines.
• Work with Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK Stack) for data processing, search, logging and visualization.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OIDC and JWT-based solutions.
• Develop integrations with NMS/EMS platforms and network devices.
• Work with SNMP v1/v2c/v3, MIBs, OIDs, traps and polling.
• Implement structured logging, monitoring and observability capabilities.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture decisions and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with product, DevOps, QA and other engineering teams.
• Explore and adopt AI-assisted development, Copilots and AI agents where applicable.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on development experience in Python 3.x
• FastAPI and REST API development
• Apache Kafka
• Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK)
• Strong backend/microservices development experience
• Telecom/Networking domain knowledge
• NMS/EMS integration experience
• SNMP, including MIBs, OIDs, traps and polling
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability
• Good understanding of scalable and distributed backend systems
