Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Python Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead scalable backend systems and data-driven applications.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable Python-based applications
Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring best coding practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery

Design system architecture and drive technical decisions
Optimize application performance and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
