Python Developer - Generative AI

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with hands-on generative AI experience to join our AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming skills, a solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, and experience building solutions using modern generative AI and LLM technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications for GenAI use cases.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs and generative AI models such as GPT and LLaMA.
• Build APIs, pipelines, and services for model deployment and integration.
• Develop AI-powered solutions for real-world business applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams.
• Conduct experiments, benchmarking, and model performance tuning.
• Apply responsible AI practices, including safety, fairness, and bias mitigation.
• Stay current with developments in GenAI, LLMs, and foundation models.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in Python.
• 15 years of full-time formal education is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI / LLMs.
• Experience with GPT, LLaMA, or similar foundation models.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Strong software/application design knowledge.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of Git/version control.

• Machine learning experience.
