What we are looking for

Role: Python - AI - Automation

Experience Range: 8 to 14 Years

Location: Bangalore

Must-Have :

• Design, build and maintain Python applications and services, including web services built with Flask
• Develop AI-assisted tooling that generates, reviews and improves Python scripts at scale
• Optimize AI token usage to make automated engineering workflows efficient and cost-effective
• Build and enhance solutions and integrations for Microsoft Office
• Enhance the teams use of automation for testing and deployment within CI/CD pipelines
• Perform code reviews and contribute to secure-by-design standards, patterns and guidance.
• Support and improve the teams adoption of agile principles: participate in sprint retrospectives and demos as needed
• 8+ years or more of software development experience
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Python
• Hands on experience with Typescript, HTML and CSS
• Experience using AI to generate, review and refactor Python scripts
• Experience with AI token optimization to improve the efficiency and cost of AI-driven workflows
• Hands on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
• Hands on experience with Jira or other issue-tracking systems

Good-to-Have :

Modern Office Add-in experience

• PowerPoint integration experience
• Hands-on experience building web services and APIs with Flask
• Experience with recognized application security standards required to handle sensitive data
