Python Backend AI Platform

Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled

Backend / AI Platform Engineer with strong expertise in

Python, FastAPI, ELK stack indexing , and

Generative AI technologies (RAG, LLMs) . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and scale backend services and AI-powered solutions while working closely with data, platform, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with secure and scalable architectures
• Implement and optimize ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for indexing, search, and observability
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging: + Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) + Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
• Integrate vector databases and search mechanisms for semantic retrieval
• Design and optimize SQL queries and database schemas
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to ensure performance and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, AI infrastructure, and feature delivery
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support
