Python Automation Lead – System & AI/ML Validation

Years of experience needed: 4 and above We are looking for an experienced System Validation Lead with strong Python and AI/ML validation expertise to lead end-to-end validation of server, embedded, accelerator, and data center-scale platforms. The role involves developing Python-based automation frameworks, test scripts, AI-driven test analysis tools, and CI/CD pipelines for functional, performance, stress, reliability, and regression testing. The candidate will validate AI/ML inference workloads along with hardware, firmware, drivers, Linux OS, and software integration across single-node, multi-card, and cluster-level systems. Strong experience in Python, Linux, Shell scripting, system debugging, log analysis, and root-cause analysis is required. Exposure to GPU/NPU/ASIC platforms, PCIe, CXL, networking, containers, Kubernetes, and AI/ML frameworks is preferred. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in system validation, platform integration, or AI infrastructure validation with strong communication and leadership skills.
