Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python & Power BI Developer with a strong background in automation and obsolescence management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in developing scalable data solutions, automating workflows, and handling technology/product obsolescence processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python for data processing and business workflows.
• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights and decision-making.
• Work on end-to-end automation including data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Manage and track obsolescence lifecycle of systems, tools, or components, ensuring timely updates and replacements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms) into reporting solutions.
• Monitor performance and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Python development and scripting.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience in obsolescence management (technology, application, or product lifecycle).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Experience working with APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
