PYTHON + AI/ML DEVELOPER

Overview About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Python + AI/ML Developer with strong technical expertise in Python development, automation, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable solutions, working with data processing frameworks, and exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based workflows. Candidates from Development, QA Automation, or related technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong programming and problem-solving skills.

Job Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and scripting.
• Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical implementation.
• Experience with LLM-based workflows, GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, or AI integrations.
• Hands-on experience with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and/or backend development.
• Understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and code optimization.
• Knowledge of APIs, data handling, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications, tools, and automation solutions.
• Design and implement AI/ML models and workflows to solve business problems.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts for automation and intelligent solutions.
• Perform data processing, transformation, and analysis using Python libraries.
• Build and enhance backend services, automation frameworks, and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing systems and workflows.
• Contribute toward automation initiatives based on release and business requirements.
