Python Agentic AI developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale Python applications using Django framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop high-quality code by following best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
• Troubleshoot issues in production environments and optimize system performance.

Job Requirements 

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Python, GEN AI & Agentic AI Systems
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing
Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders
Troubleshoot complex technical issues in development and production environments
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of professional experience in software development
Strong expertise in Python, Agentic AI
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile development environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
