Pyrolysis Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting pyrolysis plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor pyrolysis reactor, heating system, condensation, gas, and oil recovery processes.

* Maintain optimum operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, feed rate, and residence time.

* Analyze production and process data and identify opportunities for improvement.

* Troubleshoot process, equipment, and quality-related issues.

* Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth plant operations.

* Support preventive maintenance and process improvement initiatives.

* Ensure compliance with EHS, SOPs, and operational standards.

* Prepare daily production and process performance reports.

* Assist in commissioning, trials, and optimization of new processes/equipment.

Qualifications

* B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

* Experience in pyrolysis, waste recycling, oil processing, chemical plants, or thermal processing preferred.

* Good knowledge of process control, industrial safety, and troubleshooting.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
