Role Overview
NIIT is looking for an HRBP Associate to support the HR Business Partner team across HR analytics,
MIS reporting, employee engagement, presentations, and HR operations.
. Required Skills
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP Support, HR MIS, or Employee Engagement.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
Strong MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with HR data.

Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, or other HRIS platforms will be an added advantage.
