Pure Nutrition - Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager - Nutraceuticals

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ASM/RSM to join our team and drive the growth of our Lucknow & UP Team.

The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for Lucknow markets.

- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Southern India markets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and revenue targets for his territories.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in Nutraceuticals is a Must.

- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies in international markets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
