Purchasing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement processes from request to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions for purchases.
• Create and maintain accurate records in SAP MM module for all procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process or related field.
• Proficiency in Ariba, Coupa or similar procurement software; knowledge of SAP MM module an asset.
• Strong understanding of PO creation, vendor coordination, and contract management principles.
