Job Summary

Location: Noida

We are looking for a result-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our procurement team at B. Jain Pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end sourcing of raw materials and packaging components essential for our Ayurvedic and Cosmetic product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Procurement of Ayurvedic herbs, essential oils, and specialized cosmetic packaging.
• Vendor Management: Negotiating pricing, credit terms, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• ERP Operations: Managing Purchase Orders (PO), GRNs, and accurate PPI entry.
• Logistics: Tracking Inbound and Outbound shipments to ensure zero production downtime.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 25 years in Cosmetics, Pharma, or Ayurveda sectors.
• Software: Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) experience is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Communication: Professional fluency in English (Written Verbal).
