Role & responsibilities

• Handle the purchase of raw materials, components, and other required items.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up for timely delivery.
• Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor lists, and documentation.
• Plan and coordinate on-field installation activities.
• Maintain installation records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Production, Stores, and Finance teams for smooth workflow.
• Generate purchase reports and assist in inventory management.

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good skills in MS Excel
Willingness to learn and grow
