The Purchase to Pay Analyst supports day-to-day invoice and payment-related processes within the purchasing and accounts payable function. The role focuses on accurate processing, timely follow-up, stakeholder communication, and maintaining high standards of control and documentation.

Key responsibilities Processing and handling of invoices and related purchase-to-pay activities Supporting reconciliation and reporting activities Working with internal stakeholders to support invoice and purchase order processes Supporting period-end close activities as needed Communicating and following up with internal and external stakeholders Reviewing invoice details for accuracy and completeness Ensuring required approvals are in place for non-PO invoices Maintaining accurate records and tracking information Following established finance and compliance procedures Supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager Handling a high volume of invoice processing tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements Good understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing controls Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive approach Willingness to learn and develop within the P2P/AP function
